Freight Curbside Delivery
This shipping method is for packages too large to be shipped with UPS ground. The freight company will call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and leave it on the curb. Not recommended for heavier mattresses.
This shipping method is an inside delivery and setup service. A two man crew will unpack and setup your new bed for you. Optionally, they will remove and dispose of your old mattress as well.
Remote destinations, including Yukon, Nanuvet and NW Territories incur additional charges. You will be contacted with an updated shipping quote.
Baby & Kids Products - Return Policy
All Naturepedic baby and kids products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee provided the product was purchased directly from Naturepedic. Please contact us at 800-917-3342 to request a return authorization number prior to mailing your product back to Naturepedic. Buyer pays all shipping costs (including outbound costs associated with any promotions). Naturepedic products purchased from other retailers follow the return policy of that retailer.
Luxury Series Adult Mattresses - Comfort Exchange and Return Policy
We pride ourselves on having extremely low exchange/return rates, but we're there for you if you need us. We stand behind our products and will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied.
120 Day Comfort Exchange Policy - If you are not completely satisfied after 60 days of sleeping on your mattress or topper and within 120 days of delivery, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your cost towards a new Naturepedic mattress or topper of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any differences in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges. Your original receipt from an authorized Naturepedic dealer is required. Your original mattress will be picked up at no charge by Naturepedic and donated to charity. The Comfort Exchange must be exercised directly with Naturepedic and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Return Policy - Since Naturepedic will never resell a used mattress, we are not able to accept any returns. We will, however, work with you as best we can to ensure a proper exchange as per the above policy if you are not completely satisfied.
Unable to Deliver Due to Size or Other Reason - Please measure the doorways, hallways and stairwells before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made, including making a delivery appointment within a reasonable time frame. If delivery cannot be made due to any of these restrictions, you will be responsible for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs.
EOS Organic Mattresses - Comfort Exchange and Return Policy
90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy - Swap any top comfort layer for FREE within 90 days of your purchase and only pay for shipping. Just fill out a simple form at naturepedic.com/layerswap and order your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid return label, and you're all set. You'll be issued a full refund once we receive your original layers back (so long as they're received back within 90 days of your original invoice date). It's that easy! Return Policy - Since Naturepedic will never resell a used mattress, we are not able to accept any returns. If more than 90 days have passed since your original purchase date, you can still order new layers, but we cannot accept any layers back. Please visit naturepedic.com/layerswap to place your order.
Damaged Shipping Policy
Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Naturepedic must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers.
Orders Refused on Delivery
If you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped.
All Naturepedic crib mattresses carry a lifetime limited warranty. Twin mattresses and higher carry a 20 year limited warranty. Luxury pillowtop pads and toppers carry a 10 year warranty. All other products carry a 1 year limited warranty.
