Freight Curbside Delivery
This shipping method is for packages too large to be shipped with FedEx ground. The freight company will call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and leave it on the curb. Not recommended for heavier mattresses.
Freight Threshold Delivery
This shipping method is for packages too large to be shipped with FedEx ground. The freight company will call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and bring it to the first doorway, but not inside or up to an apartment door. You must be home to inspect and sign for your delivery.
This shipping method is an inside delivery and setup service. A two man crew will unpack and setup your new bed for you. Optionally, they will remove and dispose of your old mattress as well.
Remote destinations, including Yukon, Nanuvet and NW Territories incur additional charges. You will be contacted with an updated shipping quote.

Damaged Shipping Policy
Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Naturepedic must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers.
Orders Refused on Delivery
If you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped.

Mattress Toppers have a 120 Day Exchange less 50% of the original purchase price.
EOS Mattresses have a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy and a 90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy.
Luxury Mattresses and Toppers have a 120 Day Exchange less 50% of the original purchase price and a 90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy.

All Naturepedic crib mattresses carry a lifetime limited warranty. Kids mattresses carry a 10 year limited warranty. Chorus and Essentials mattresses carry a 10 year limited warranty. EOS and Luxury mattresses carry a 20 year limited warranty. Mattress toppers carry a 5 year limited warranty. Accessories and all other products carry a 1 year limited warranty.
