Organic Latex Body Pillow FAQs

Body pillows provide full-length support that can help improve sleep posture and comfort. Many people hug the pillow or place it between their knees to help keep their hips, spine, and shoulders better aligned while sleeping on their side. This added support can reduce pressure on joints and help prevent tossing and turning. Some sleepers also simply find that hugging a pillow helps them relax and fall asleep more easily.

The Organic Latex Body Pillow should not be machine washed and should be spot cleaned only to protect the latex fill. You may add on an organic cotton pillowcase when purchasing your pillow that can be machine washed for easy care. Simply remove the pillowcase, wash according to the care instructions, and ensure it is fully dry before putting it back on the pillow.

Most people sleep with a body pillow by hugging it while lying on their side. This position supports the arms and shoulders while keeping the pillow between the knees to help maintain a more neutral spinal position. Others place the pillow along their back for support or under one leg to reduce pressure on the hips. Spot clean only and allow to fully dry before use. For freshness, you may occasionally air out your pillow. Fluff regularly to maintain its shape and support. If using the additional pillowcase, it may be machine washed and dried using gentle, natural cleaners. Do not bleach.
