Naturepedic offers a 100-night, risk-free trial on all mattresses (excluding the bassinet mattress, which comes with a 30-night trial, and the Halcyon line, specific policy below). For our EOS and Halcyon collections, we also offer a flexible layer swap program to ensure you get the feel that's right for you.

We offer a 30-night, risk-free trial on all of our mattress toppers and pillows, so that you can feel confident the support and feel are enhancing your sleep space.

Please note that customers must keep their mattresses for at least 30 nights from the day of receipt before initiating a return. This provides some time to "break-in" the mattress and for your body to adjust to something new. Thank you for your understanding.

For eos classic, eos pillowtop, and eos trilux mattresses, you can swap out any layer within 100 nights for FREE! Just fill out a simple form at naturepedic.com/layerswap and purchase your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid return label. You'll be issued a full refund for all charges once we receive your original layers back in good condition. It's that easy!

Free shipping only applies to the Continental U.S. and for orders where the original mattress was purchased directly from naturepedic.com. Products purchased from other retailers follow the policies of those retailers and may involve a fee. If outside your 100 night free trial, you can still purchase new layers a la carte at anytime. Regardless of where you purchased your Halcyon, if after 60 days of sleeping on your mattress, and within 120 days of delivery, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your purchase cost toward a new mattress of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any differences in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges. We also offer the same layer swap program as our EOS mattresses above with a 120  day window for exchanges. Please refer to the retailer where you purchased your mattress for their specific policy. 

Your original receipt from an authorized Naturepedic dealer will be required. Your original mattress will be picked up, donated or disposed of for a $200 fee. This fee can be waived if you coordinate a donation to a 501c3. The Comfort Exchange must be exercised directly with Naturepedic and cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Naturepedic offers a 30-day free returns on all of our bedding & accessories provided that the item is in new condition and in its original packaging.

The Deluxe Organic Bed Foundation, enGuage Bed Frame, and emBrace 360 Platform Bed frame all come with a 100-night, risk-free trial. All other furniture sales are final.

For all products purchased directly on naturepedic.com (excluding furniture and adjustable bases, where all sales are final), please contact us at 800-917-3342 to request a return authorization number prior to shipping your product back to Naturepedic. A customer service representative will happily assist in processing your return or exchange. For products purchased from other retailers, please reach out to the specific retailer you purchased your product from. 

Please note that outbound shipping for Alaska, Canada and Hawaii is non-refundable.
